No Returns or Refunds on Artwork

All original artworks sold through Art Sana are non-returnable and non-refundable. Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped with great attention, and due to the unique and personal nature of the artwork, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
